Generally a favourite route, passing the backside of Randridge Mall.
Increase your weekly milleage with the Wednesday 15km route, starting off a little earlier at 04:30! The earlybird always catches the worm.
One major climb in the middle of the route after an easy warm up and fast finish. The 10km runners turn off John Vorster to complete the route.
Shortcut 8km heads straight back down John Vorster if you don’t need to push the full distance.
Ideal for those still unable to do the full distance can run with the main group before turning around at the top of Molope (before crossing Beyers Naude).
