WEEKDAY MORNING RUNS
WELCOME TO WEEKday morning runs
The Boskruin Running Group is open to any runner that wishes to train with a morning group in the Boskruin and Randparkridge areas. This group is not affiliated under any single club but is administrated by Graham Block and Elrein Bootha. Due to working commitments, runners tend to run in groups that are close to their work or home at the convenience of their morning routine.
Tuesday to Friday at 05h00 at the Boskruin Village Shopping Center
PLEASE BE VISIBLE – WEAR A BIB AND LIGHTS FRONT & BACK!
"Morning Runs Weekdays!"
The Boskruin Running Group meet Tuesdays to Fridays at 5am come rain winter or shine, there is bound to be someone there. The group is administrated by Graham Block and Elrein Bootha. However, they are not responsible for anyone and their attendance is not required for the runs to continue. There is a different route for every day of the week (except Monday) with distances 6, 8 and 10km. The runners generally look after each other out of courtsey however everyone is here to train and paces vary greatly.
The BRG is used by many zoners and information is frequently asked, therefore this page has been created to provide a platform for this information.

Pleasant downhill start, followed by a slow poison of Seder Street and some short hills with pleasant breaks in between.
Pay attention as this route splits twice. Split from the Main Group and head down Randpark Drive before they rejoin your route further down. The Main Group turns left into Karee, you continue up toward Ysterhout Drive and finish off together.
A great way to get your heart rate up for the weekend. Complete with short steep climbs, a beautiful run around the area surrounding the Boskruin koppie.
Shortcut heads right up Hawken after Tin Road. All the benefits of the route without the squeeze at the end.
