THE ZONE 100

The Zone 100 is a training run whereby you run 100km over 3 days

or

run each day as an individual run of your choice on the specified day.

Option 1:

 Run 100km over three days =100km. You will receive a Medal and a Race Long Sleeve Shirt.

Option 2 (Individual Races): 

Run each day as an individual run of your choice. You will receive a Medal and can purchase a Race Long Sleeve Shirt with your entry.

Enter the 100km for R400 and run over Three Days and get a Free T-Shirt and Medal.

Club members qualify for a discount voucher – please get your voucher at the club.

Take Note
  • The 1st Day will have 50km but also alternate 30km / 20km and 10km options Marked.
  • The 2nd Day will have 30km. But also alternate 20km and 10km Options marked.
  • The 3rd Day will have a 20km. But also alternate 10km and 5km Options Marked.

Collection Point for merchandise will be at Run Zone, Northcliff Country Club. Alternatively you can choose to have your merchandise couriered to you.

Entrants will be advised once merchandise is ready for collection.

FINISHERS MEDAL
Medals to all finishers for the distance completed each day.

COVID-19

Masks should be worn at the start and finish. COVID-19 rules and regulations apply.

ONGOING PANDEMIC CANCELLATION

If the race is cancelled due to an ongoing Pandemic, there will be NO refunds, but the race will be converted to a Virtual race. A No-refund policy will apply. In the event of another COVID-19 lockdown, the race will automatically downgrade to a Virtual Race. T-Shirts, Medals, and race Numbers will still be delivered to each athlete as per entry details.
